Tuition fees do not cover uniforms, textbooks, excursions, transport fees and optional accomplishments such as tutoring, sports registration or coaching, etc.
Term tuition fees are payable within the first two weeks of each term.
Tuition fees are reviewed annually by the School Board.
Tuition Fee Discounts:
Full tuition fee payment discount of 10% apply to all year levels until 27 February 2009.
The following tuition fee discounts will apply for families with more than one child attending Damla College:
- Fourth and subsequent children free
The child in the highest grade will always be treated as the first child. Second highest as the second child, and so on.
Student Withdrawals:
Where a parent or guardian wishes to withdraw a student from the College, a full term’s notice, in writing and lodging Student Exit Form, to the Principal is required. A full term’s fee will be charged for student withdrawals without full term’s notice and exit form.
Bad Debt Policy:
Where a term’s fee is outstanding for a full term, without any formal explanation or notice provided, the enrolment will be reassessed at the end of the term. Where no debt repayment plan is agreed to, the enrolment will be terminated.
Legal action will be followed to recover any unpaid fees; including placing the debt with a collection agency and listing a family account as default credit.
Application Fee: (GST incl.)
Application fee is a non-refundable $100.00 once off payment received from new applicants.

An administration fee of $55.00 will be charged if fees are not paid by the agreed due dates or there are insufficient funds in the nominated account. Termly fees are payable within the first two weeks of each term.
