ENROLMENT RENEWALS / TERMINATIONS

An enrolment renewal form will generally be sent home during the course of each year. Parents are requested to indicate whether their child will be attending the school in the following year; parents should read the conditions carefully before signing the enrolment renewal form.  A parent, who signs the form, has agreed to all school rules and conditions set by the Executive Committee and will be bound to them. To finalise the enrolments for the following year, parents should return the form to the school by the due date. If the school does not receive the enrolment renewal form by the deadline, then the student will not be considered enrolled for the following year and students who are on the waiting list will be given the next grade.

Please note, Promotion to a year level is based on academic performance; enrolment renewal does not guarantee this promotion. If you are in any doubt or have any concerns about your child`s acedemic achievement, please the contact the Teacher.

Appointments to discuss enrolment can be arranged through the School office. A parent who wishes to withdraw thier childd from school, (other than a student who graduates from year 12) needs to complete a Student Exit Form. This form requires the signature of the parent/guardian  and needs to be delivered to the Deputy Principal. Once enrolment has been terminateda student has terminated his or her enrolment, that student’s place will be available for a new applicant. If the student wants to return to Damla College, he/she will be treated as a new applicant.
